How to Claim Warranty?
For warranty claims initiation, kindly ensure that you have the necessary information at hand. This includes but is not limited to the required forms and supporting documentation. It is important to note that incomplete claims may be subject to delays or even rejection. Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to providing you with exceptional service.
- Proof of the Issue (images/videos)
- Warranty documents signed at the time of placing the order.
- A diagnostic report by an ASE certified mechanic (if the proof of the issue is unavailable).
- Before you initiate a warranty claim, please make sure that all the preinstallation checks (as discussed under warranty page) were followed at the time of installation because that can eliminate most of the common issues.
How to Initiate RETURN?

- You have 30 days Return & Refund policy from the date of delivery to return the merchandise.
- Our support team will initiate pick up procedure on approval from the warranty team. We will provide a BOL(Bill of lading), that needs to be printed out and show it to the driver at the time of pick up.
- Returned used engine/transmission must be in same condition or with same packaging as it was shipped originally. It would limit our ability to initiate Return if the merchandise received is modified/damaged or partially/fully installed.
- Refund will be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original transportation will be paid by us if the return is approved by us and vice versa.
- We have room for exceptions for a used engine if it is received damaged or accepted incorrectly by us.
- Once we receive the merchandise, we will initiate the replacement/Refund as per the requirement.
- In case of refund, It will take 3-5 business days (excluding holidays, weekends) to process the refund to your source account.
- In case of replacement, we will take 3-5 business days to deliver the replacement merchandise as per our standard process of fulfilling an order
- (defective merchandise must be picked prior to the replacement shipment/ refund initiation).
